What’s your healthy lifestyle plan for 2018? We’d love to know! We are sharing our tips here. They include friendship and recovery – PLUS, injury prevention.

Our list may seem a little surprising. Over the next couple of weeks, we are going to breakdown each item on the list and explain why we think it needs to be on here.
  1. Find fitness with a friend.
  2. Recover and hydrate.
  3. Active stretching.
  4. Visit Balance Physical Therapy before you have pain – so you’re maximizing injury prevention.
