Balance Physical Therapy
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Dr. Marc Lopez is originally from Anaheim, California and graduated from San Francisco State University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. He then stayed in the bay area to finish his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2018 from Samuel Merritt University.
Marc believes that clinicians have both the responsibility and the privilege to serve others. As a member of Hands for Health Foundation, he has volunteered in a free multi-disciplinary health care clinic for rural villages in Batata, Panama. He has been fortunate to have interned at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center in Los Angeles, specializing in gait and functional mobility for patients with strokes and neurological injuries. His final internship at the Veterans Affairs clinic in Marina, CA lead him to the central coast, where he is now more than happy to call home.
When not in the clinic, you can find Marc rooting (hopelessly) for the Dodgers, playing beach volleyball, writing music, or trying to tire out his Husky puppy, Ellie.
